Ok - what's the diet?
Back to more chicken and reintroducing fish as well as a tremendous increase in fruits and veggies. Basics first, then trying figure out what will keep me satisfied down the road so it's easier to to stay on track.
Easy on the Appleton's and the barley pops?
You'd be surprised at how little of those I actually have. My guess is it's less than one per week. There's so many other areas that need to be addressed. Just hope that I can stay strong and do it.
